A short, beautifully muscular body. Mistral is hardly small, though others might think her so because of her short stature. Constantly carrying her body with pride, she appears larger than her actual body is. Her coat is of a grullo color, but instead of the regular shading, she appears to be tinted blue. The darkened areas of her body are like a deep navy color, and her main pelt appears to match a overcast sky. Deep black tiger-striping appears on her legs, along with a thick, dark dorsal stripe. Where her wings meet her body, you can find dark slash marks, also coloration. Her wings portray the same blue shade as the rest of her body. All of her hair is a mess - as if strewn about by violent, angry winds.

Carrying herself with pride, Mistral does not bow before anyone. The rest of the world does not matter to the mare, aside from her brother Bora. The two are inseparable, spending the majority of their time together. It is easy to say that Mistral acts callous to others, for she does not find the need to take anyone seriously. She cares not for social rules or even the political divides in Isilme. If she or her brother wants something, she will take it - regardless of what anyone has to say about it.
Not interested in sex, no one is good enough for her.
