Updates
Site announcements will holler at you from here if they didn't make the news, or even if they did, so be sure to look here if you notice a new thread. Also post here if there's something you need changed by an Admin like a rank, deletion, thread closing, revived archive thread, judgement etc.

Battlefield
You can come here to request a sparring partner or someone to help teach you how to fight. Information on battle items and the judging rubric can be found here as well. All finished fight posts will be stored here for easy review of past judgments and battles.

Gateway
 The border that divides Isilme from the rest of the world this is the most frequent route travelers take in and out. Towering pine trees crowd the way down this sloping entrance, but the packed forest provide excellent shelter. It is advised not to linger here very long you never know what to expect, or who. New members can choose to wait in this area to find their proper place in Isilme or they can pass through and plead at the edges of the herds within.

Pegasus Cliffs
 In the depths of the mighty mountains that border the north of Isilme exist the roosting Pegasus. The hardy horses of wing are one of the few creatures capable of getting into the dangerous crags and burrows scattered among the mountainside. The wind is strong and the winters cold, the curved peaks of the mountain usually dusted white with snow year round. But there is beauty in these red rocks, apparent with the field of clouds in every direction and the various waterfalls crashing down from the melting snow.

Unicorn Tides
 Far to the east of Isilme glimmers a realm ruled by the Unicorns. A white beach and a sapphire ocean meet the hooves of the horned horses. A variety of tropical vegetation offers shade and food a plenty. A short bank rises above the beach in a thin line of forest where many find security and rest in the night. A cool, salty breeze always blows and the rain can be fierce here but the winters are easily seen through. In the glorious displays of the rising and setting sun the silhouettes of dolphins and whales arc along the shimmering horizon.

Mystic Woodlands
 An ancient and massive forest imbued with sensations of magic spreads out beyond the barren cliff face of the Veiled Cape. A secretive fortress it is only accessible from the innards of Isilme with a network of hidden paths. The realm is dominated by trees so massive their branches make intricate walkways upon which the inhabitants traverse. The trunks have been hollowed by some for homes or storage, the limbs carved and shaped with many designs of origins long forgotten. Here was to be the home of the Tome Guardian, welcoming peace and hybrids until disaster struck Isilme with war and racism.

Equine Valley
 A vast expanse of billowing grasslands and yellow hills stretch as far as the eye can see. Sunk between the red mountains at the north and the rising Gateway forest to the west this domain of the hoofed is a defensive fortress. In the heart of the land the highest point pierces up in the form of a lush knoll, serving as a podium for the passionate leaders. Sparkling in the northeast end is a massive waterfall tumbling from the cliffs and crashing into an immense lake bordered with palm trees and a shallow bank. Winds that pass here get caught in a tunnel effect, which also traps storms for a longer period of time when they cross. The winters bring little snow but the threat of flood is high in the spring.

Glacial Wall
 Caught in eternal winter this frozen wasteland is treacherous, but also breathtakingly beautiful. Over time the snowfall has layered on itself and been compacted into glaciers cut and trapped by scattered walkways of almost impenetrable ice. Winds howling by have carved and curved many of the icy spheres into glittering walls and elegant archways, such a delicate and intricate craft work that only the hands of nature could achieve. Night lasts longer here, but in the moments of brief sunlight the ice kingdom explodes with dazzling colors. Tread careful however, the glaciers are known to crack suddenly, and are often shaped into jagged points by the wind's knife.

Fever Creek
 This small creek lined with glittering stones and gravel twists and winds its way through most of Isilme. There is little life in the creek for it is fed by a hot spring and there is too little oxygen for most things to survive. The temperature of the creek is not dangerous, however it usually makes the water unpalatable. One might find the warm waters soothing to aches and pains. It is not uncommon to see warriors tending to wounds here after the battles are over.

Hollow Manor
 An ancient relic of the past this ruin of a stone castle holds many secrets and mysteries. Only the daring venture here, for this is the main haunt of the Phantoms. Come here to seek their counsel for advice or memories, or perhaps just to test your bravery. Half of the castle's roof is missing and rooms are filled with foreign things that belonged to foolish humans. Wherever you go, stay clear of the room underground... something immortal lives there; rumor calls him the Tome Guardian, keeper of all Isilme secrets. To gain any of his knowledge comes at a price. What will you pay?

Seronia Dreamscape
 Dreams really can come true, particularly if you dream in this strange region of Isilme. Here is a limitless realm where the land shifts constantly as the whims of those who cross it always change. Find yourself plotting murder on the rim of a volcano or playing tag in the golden sea of a savanna. No one's quite sure what the actual earth here is, or how it manages to alter the way it does. Perhaps it's all merely an illusion in the end, or maybe the origin of magic resides somewhere within. Whatever you wish it to be you will find in these chameleon lands.

Veiled Cape
 Here is the epitome of a romantic location as the land juts out into the roaring sea. There is an aura of mystery and useful concealment as a misty veil remains constant here, regardless of the time of day, season or weather. This land is for breeding couples only, and seems to be the only place capable of bringing forth a pregnancy.

Skeleton Pit
 A massive crater hollows out the tough ground in this area. Serving as Isilme's graveyard bodies are drug here to rot and many bones are still visible beneath the layers of dirt. The surrounding landscape is a myriad of the three originals herds. Sand from the Tides dusts the southern region while red boulders from the Cliffs are scattered to the north; all of which lay in dips or hills which grow sour, sparse grass. The air is acrid and any animal life is absent. Here is where the battle between the three originals was waged.

Flooded Plains
 Located near the center of Isilme lies the great flooded prairie and a grove of Weeping Willow trees. Snow melt in the early spring floods the plains leaving them with a thick layer of muck and mire. As the year progresses, the nutrient rich bog produces some of the best foraging in all of Isilme. The Willow trees provide good cover and there is a certain peaceful, albeit sorrowful air that has settled here.
